Initial Marketing Campaign Costs:

The initial marketing campaign is a strategic joint investment to ensure the channel's rapid growth and success.

Costs Borne by Us

  • Social media channel setup and design.
  • Creation of a launch trailer and 3-5 short teasers for social media.

Costs Borne by Both Parties

  • Paid advertising on platforms like YouTube, Google, Facebook, and Instagram to boost reach for initial episodes.
  • Community outreach to relevant online communities, forums, and blogs.

Podcast Production & Schedule

To ensure a consistent and efficient content pipeline, we propose a streamlined production schedule. This model will allow for a steady flow of high-quality content without requiring a continuous time commitment on your part.

  • Monthly Production: We will aim to produce 4 episodes per month, ensuring a weekly release schedule to build and maintain audience engagement.
  • Batch Filming: To maximize efficiency, we propose shooting all 4 episodes for a given month over a condensed period of 3 to 5 days. This allows for the booking of guests and crew for a short, intense production period, freeing up the rest of your month for other commitments.
  • Post-Production: Once filmed, the episodes will enter our post-production pipeline, where they will be edited and prepared for release on a scheduled basis.

Phase 1: Launch & Initial Growth (First 3 Months)

  • Short-Form Content: We will create dedicated social media channels on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Rednote. We will produce short, engaging video clips (reels and shorts) from each podcast to showcase on these channels and drive traffic back to the full episodes on the main YouTube channel.
  • Cross-Promotion: We will leverage your existing audience and network to drive initial traffic to the new channel.
  • Podcast Directories: We will ensure the podcast is listed on all major platforms (Spotify, Apple Podcasts, etc.) with a compelling description and high-quality cover art.

Phase 2: Audience Engagement & Monetization (Months 4-12)

  • YouTube SEO: We will optimize all video titles, descriptions, and tags to rank high in search results.
  • Community Building: We will actively engage with comments, host Q&A sessions, and create a sense of community around the channel.
  • Sponsorship Outreach: Once we reach a certain level of engagement, we will begin approaching relevant brands for sponsorship opportunities.

Your Role: Content Creator

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy.
  • Setting up and managing the YouTube channel and other distribution platforms.

Proposed Partnership Details

  • Shared Ownership: We propose a 50/50 co-ownership of the new YouTube channel. This ensures a true partnership where both parties are equally invested in the channel's success.
  • Clear Revenue Sharing: All revenue generated from the channel, including ad revenue, sponsorships, affiliate links, and product sales, will be split equally between both parties.
  • Intellectual Property (IP): The content you create (audio, scripts, guests) will remain your intellectual property. The brand assets we create (channel branding, logos, graphics) will be jointly owned.
  • Decision-Making: For all major business and creative decisions, we will operate on a collaborative basis. We propose a clear process to ensure we are always aligned and moving forward efficiently.
  • Performance & Growth: We will regularly review key performance indicators(KPIs) like views, subscriber growth, and revenue to ensure we are meeting our shared goals and to plan for future growth.
  • Termination Clause: A standard clause will be included in our formal agreement outlining a clear process for dissolving the partnership if necessary. This protects both parties and ensures the smooth transition of assets and IP.
